Why Israel is Losing

I recently was sent out an article written by Dr. Ashraf Isma’il, one of our AlMaghrib instructors, about the current “conflagration” between Hizbollah and Israel. Counterpunch’s version of the article is editted and pared down (just a little), whereas the one I have, I’m told, is the uncut version, so here you go:

Good article. I always wondered – what was the point of the war? It’s pretty much impossible to beat an organisation like Hezbollah using military force and any invasion grants them more legitimacy.

In a hostage situation, you don’t just rush in with blazing guns and expect them to be defeated leaving the hostages alive.

The issue is deeper than it seems. This is more than just a month long war; it’s part of a broader Kaafir plan to further divide the ME as they seem fit. Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Jordan, Egypt and Saudia Arabian governments (and I stress GOVERNMENTS) have been infilitrated by Western agendas and this is so clearly reflected in the inaction of these governments during the past month as well as thier statements which are puzzling from a Muslim context.
Opening Lebonan is only part of the plan and it will continue for as long as Allah wills it to continue. Then, eventually, Allah will giving his sincere, working slaves victory once the Muslimeen convert thier love of dunya into love for Him, His deen, His prophets, and His slaves.

It’s not a matter of the material victory, but the political victory. Israel was not able to achieve whatever goal it had, despite the damage it caused. That’s a loss.

If that was the message, then it failed. They pulled a George Bush – Hizbullah was the problem for them, and they went after the Lebanese civilian infrastructure.

They don’t have an aggressive stance towards all infidels, only the ones who continuously prop up puppet dictators and trumpet the facade that they believe all countries should be democracies.

Israel is strong and will win because God is on their side. The “Allah” of the muslims is not really God. I understand that the muslims think Allah is God, but they are mistaken. The history of Muhammadanism shows that the tribes of Arabia were Bedouins who worshipped a pantheon of false gods and idols. One of those so-called gods was the moon god, Al-Lat. Mohammad converted this into “Allah”. Islam is a whole religion built upon a fantasy.

Actually, al-Lat and al-Uzza were the gods the pagans invoked against Muhammad (SAW) and considered them intermediaries to get their supplications to Allah answered.
